We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you wish to return any purchased product (s), you must ensure it is in its original condition, for a refund within seven (7) days of receipt this generally applies to all our sellers.
Note that earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygienic purposes and clothing made to order with custom measurements are non-refundable. Products on sale are final and cannot be refunded.
Do send us a mail at email@example.com if product (s) belong to AfroMarks store, however if the product (s) belong to our sellers then full contact details will be on their shop page within AfroMarks, send email with the subject heading REFUND OR EXCHANGE with your order number once we receive your email, you will get a confirmation email. AfroMarks will also send a notification mail on whether or not your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and payment made within 10 working days.
You can only exchange your item for another size and this is based on stock availability. We hope to process all exchanges within 5 working days of receipt. This may be extended during busy periods. We do not offer exchange on sales items.
You will be responsible for shipping payment of returned item. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
