What can I sell on AfroMarks?

AfroMarks is a platform that has provided a platform for the worldwide and local fashion , art, accessories and many more to showcase and sell their products. These include African, Caribbean on other urban culture inspired products.

How does the fee work?

Once a sale occurs on your product, AfroMarks access 5% transaction/commission fee on the product sold. The sellers also have access to account statement showing their sale performance.

How long will it take for my products to arrive

products arrival is dependent on the buyer your buying from the normal time can gauge from 3 to 5 days.

Do I need a credit card to sign up or register?

No, to become a seller or customer on AfroMarks, your credit card is not needed for registration.

What payment methods do you have?

We accept PayPal and Credit cards.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Firstly, check if your code has been applied successfully. Then please check if the code already expired or in a wrong spelling.

Why my payment was declined?

Why is my order canceled?

There are some reasons that the order will be canceled:

2: You didn’t verify your payment on your order.

3: Your order is out of stock.

4: You have contacted our customer service to cancel the order.

Normally, if paid order has been canceled, we put the money in your store account, you can use it next time directly; if you want a refund, please contact our customer service.
